The brief:

To support the internal comms team in delivering a conference which is a “Journey into the Future”, showcasing the new franchise plans and ambitions for Greater Anglia. The conference aims to turn 250 handpicked employees into ambassadors of new plans, so they can cascade and communicate down to all their teams and the wider business. PowerPoint use should be minimal throughout the day, with more of an emphasis being placed on the digital and interactive aspects.

What SKil did:

Created a theme that was brought to life throughout the day in a range of materials and communications. We came up with ideas for interactive sessions, managing them onsite and working closely with the GA team. We produced a documentary-style opening film that was inspiring and a great standalone piece of comms that could be used after the event to promote the plans throughout the wider business. We worked closely with all the presenters on their content and messaging, as well as producing the materials to support them presenting on site. This included a mixture of PowerPoint, hand-outs and very interactive sessions. It was an inspiring day that energised the group about the ambition and exciting future of the business. It also gave delegates lots of materials to use post-event, helping them communicate back with the rest of the business.
