Greater Anglia – Summer Festival 2017

The brief:

To deliver a rebrand of the annual Greater Anglia Family and Friend’s day and source a fun and exciting venue, as well as arrange every aspect of the entertainment and dressing. Every year, around 1000 people attend, so for 2017 it needs to be about creating an event which appeals to everyone, of all ages.

What SKil did:

We created a new brand and tone of voice which was used across all the collateral from the intranet, invites, posters, tickets and the programme from the day. We sourced and pulled together a programme of events from 11am through until 10pm, which catered for all ages and tastes. From dancing Samba girls, bouncy castles, sand pits, face painting, fun fair stalls, bungee runs and karaoke to a live DJ to see the night out…all coupled with the most amazing street food and drinks! It was a fabulously fun day and in not so British tradition, it even managed to stay sunny!
