The brief:

To plan and deliver an uplifting and convincing conference which inspires belief and trust in the new brand and direction. It’s about winning the hearts and minds of the delegates and providing them with clear information on progress to date, as well as plans for the future.

What SKil did:

Delivered a real wow factor of a conference at the super cool Williams F1 Conference Centre in Oxford! From the presenters to the delegates, you could feel that everyone was fully behind the new Milk & More brand launch. Over the 2 days, there was a real mix of activities. From presentations and energising breakout sessions to inspiring films and a beautifully dressed evening Gala Dinner for delegates to unwind, eat, drink… with a few awards presented for the star employees.

The conference gave delegates every reason to believe in the Milk & More brand and emphasised the importance of both togetherness and team work across the business. It really was a fantastic event and we look forward to delivering many more. We love this brand and new proposition – we Believe in More!
