The brief:

To create and deliver a conference which gives a deeper understanding of how the Commercial Team can work together in order to take this area of the business to ‘The Next Level’.

What SKil did:

This Commercial team are a driven and motivated group that always strive to be the best they can be. After the development of 3 new behaviours, we devised a very interactive and engaging day using films, experiential breakouts, creative activities, as well as presentations where the delegates had to really live and breathe the behaviours, rather than just simply learn about them. To top it all off, the evening was full of celebration, laughs and true team spirit – even Captain Jack Sparrow came along to help celebrate. A special part of the evening included a short awards ceremony, where a few stand-out employees were recognised for their efforts and achievements to date. A memorable day (and night) for a truly hard-working, passionate and dedicated team!
