In line with new government legislation, all employers with over 250 employees must publish information in relation to their gender pay gap (the difference in average pay between men and women employed in their business). For Müller, the aim of this report is to present the data and accompanying narrative in a creatively engaging and insightful way. It must also reflect the brand!

What SKil did:

Created a truly unique Gender Pay Gap Report, providing a detailed breakdown of the data using quirky and creative iconography. The report evokes a strong message about the Müller brand and what it stands for, as well as their continued commitment to ensuring the right support and opportunities are in place for everyone, both male and female.
